Tech Campus Modernization
This area was previously occupied and owned by a well-known Tech company, this campus underwent a recent modernization project both inside and out. A major draw for new tenants is the highly artistic exterior elements that offer abundant seating for employees and future corporate events. The landscape includes sustainable elements such as now mow sod, drought tolerant grasses and Ultimate Grass Artificial Lawn by Heavenly Greens, which offers minimal maintenance, a natural appearance and function unattainable by natural grass or other surfacing options.
Bay Area Hospital
This Hospital is undergoing multiple sustainable landscape renovations in order to combat excessive maintenance overhead, but more importantly, the drought. The first priority for management was to minimize the natural grass areas that filled their several acre campus. After much due diligence, they chose Heavenly Greens to convert these natural grass and ivy consumed spaces with artificial turf. They chose to go with the Nutmeg Lush product due to the density, resilient fibers and maximum drainage capabilities that the product offers. Now, the road frontage is clean, lush and requires 0 water consumption.
Multi – Family Housing Playground
This newly renovated apartment complex in Oakland took on several major updates throughout the property. A major highlight was the common area created within the central courtyard of the campus. A modern climbing play structure and adjacent multipurpose play lawn with artificial turf creates and inviting, yet safe surface for the children. The owners wanted a simple, modern landscape but the most important factors regarding the play areas were safety and low maintenance. The Select Blend artificial lawn by Heavenly Greens included a padded underlayment with a sand and rubber infilled turf product. This system can meet impact attenuation requirements of up to 10 feet. The surface is lush green and requires minimal maintenance, resulting in a win-win for both the owners and the tenants. The children couldn't be happier with their new playground, and the parents have a newly founded peace of mind knowing that their kids are playing on a safer surface.
